During initial years of global market access developments, Digipas invested significantly to set up numerous subsidiaries on R&D centre in UK and multiple Digipas sales & marketing representative offices in UK, USA, Germany, Japan, Indonesia and China to open up distribution channels by selecting and appointing local distributors, retailers and business partners in global strategic locations.

In recent years, as many of these distributors and business partners have gained confident and competencies in carrying Digipas product lines, several Digipas representative offices progressively transfer entirely or partially its sales distribution activities to its respective local business partners entrusting each of them to maintain, support the existing and developing new customer base sharing the fruits on the success of Digipas continuous innovations while obvious improved supply chain efficiency is achieved as well as preventing unnecessary cross over roles, territorial overlap and responsibilities between Digipas’s representative offices with each local distributor/business partners, which have ultimately resulted in much happier customers and business partners.
