First, please download Smart Levels App from Apple or Google Store into your smartphone or tablet to enable FREE redemption of your app. If you who need more than one app to share a single device among multiple users, additional paid-apps can be purchased from Apple or Google Store.

NEXT, please follow steps below:

Step 1

Tap "Redeem" on top right corner of App.

Step 2

Gently scratch off the label on the back of the App Card accompanied to reveal the hidden 16-digit code.

Step 3

Enter the 16-digit code & Company name then tap "Redeem" button.

Step 4

"Redemption Successful" is prompted and you can use full features of the App now.

  • Digi-Pas® DWL-1900XY VERTICAL Level is used in conjunction with DWL1500XY HORIZONTAL Level as an EFFECTIVE & FAST ALIGNING and CHECKING method REPLACING the Old-fashioned way of using FRAME vial level with a Dial-Gauge on inspection for CNC machines and Coordinate Measurement equipment VERTICAL spindle shaft on:

    (1) Straightness of Z-Axis motion,
    (2) Squareness of the Z-axis motion to the Y-axis Motion,
    (3) Parallelism of the spindle axis to the Z-axis motion,
    (4) Squareness of the table surface to the Z-Axis motion
    and other checking points in accordance to ISO 10791-2 & JIS B 6336-2 for Geometric test standards for CNC machines and Coordinate Measurement equipment comprising a vertical spindle shaft (vertical Z-axis) with respect to the surface plan of work-table.

FAQ

  • Why device screen only shown blinking "BT" indicator?

    Blinking “BT” means the device has NOT yet been initialized. Users is required to initialize device using Digi-Pas Smart vertical Level App downloaded either from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Guide on how to pair your smartphone/tablet with device is Instruction Manual and also the App.

  • Why device reading is not zero when placing on flat surface?

    This situation may happen when precision vertical level is placed on a rough, dirty or uneven surface. Digi-Pas Precision digital level is very sensitive to pick up any surface unevenness. Ensure contact surfaces are clean and smooth to get consistent readings.

  • Why do I get two different readings when placing the device on front facing, and then replacing it on the reversed facing?

    Your precision vertical digital level may have been subjected to extreme physical or temperature shocks during usage, transportation or storage that affected its accuracy. An offset value of reading may have been present. Digi-Pas® precision digital level has a smart built-in feature that empower users to perform self-calibration to completely remove any residue offset and set the device to its factory accuracy.     Alternatively, users may just choose an easy ‘quick solution’ to simply perform "Absolute Level" Setting on the surface of the object to be measured to remove any residual offset value. Refer to Instruction Manual on HOW to perform "absolute level" feature.

  • Digi-Pas Smart Level App in my smartphone is unable to pair with the device. What should I do?

    The device battery level might be low, please replace with new batteries.

  • Digi-Pas Smart level app unable to find Digi-Pas Device. What should I do?

    Please ensure Digi-Pas Machinist Level Bluetooth is enabled to initiate wireless connection. To enable/disable device bluetooth on device、 Press and hold "Mode" button.

    Ensure your Bluetooth Connection setting in your smartphone/tablet is also enabled.
