1. Open Digipas Smart Level App
2. Connect device you want to use
3. Select "I Have Redemption Code" when popup appear or Select account information at left corner menu
4. Input "Product Key" manually or click scan icon and scan QR code behind the card
5. Input the "Company Name"
6. Click Redeem and your Product Key has been successfully redeemed
Yes, you can share one device with multiple smartphones each downloaded with a Digipas Smart Level app. Your account can be logged in on multiple smartphones; however, only one device can be actively used at any given. For device models DWL1300XY or DWL1500XY, one App can simultaneously connect up to two devices.
